things to try before reporting an outage:

  1. Make sure the ethernet cables and power cord are connected.

  2. Verify both the router and power supply have lights on to indicate that they are powered on.

  3. Power cycle the router by unplugging the power cord for 5 seconds from the back of the router, not the wall. Only unplug the power cord, not the ethernet cables.

  4. If instructed to reset your router, then click here. If you reset without permission, then you will owe a service call charge of $100 to re-program the router.

  5. If steps 1-3 fail to restore your service, then please let us know.
